We believe that primary care means providing health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Our primary care services include both preventative health care and routine medical care. It is our philosophy that continuity of care is vital to the provision of quality of care.
Students are encouraged to choose a provider and, when possible, schedule appointments with that provider.
Students may schedule appointments for:
- Physical Exams
- Women’s Health Care
- Men’s Health Care
- Treatment of common acute problems (colds, urinary tract infections, vomiting, rashes, acne);
- Accidents and injuries such as sprains, fractures and lacerations;
- The evaluation, management and treatment of chronic illnesses such as asthma or diabetes
